I ordered a pot rack and 12 feet of chain. Amazon ordered the chain in 12 inch lengths rather that 12 inch multiples. They advised me that they could NOT correct their ordering method, and if I needed lengths longer than 12 inches, I would have to order elsewhere, which I did. The manufacturer sells it in any length you want, but Amazon is not capable of ordering it as you need it, only as they want to sell it.
